Wii Gaming Night - Friday, January 6th

Sign-up today for the library's second Wii Gaming Night to be held on Friday, January 6th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.  Dance and compete against others to win prizes playing Just Dance 3 on the the big screen.  Multiple Wii Consoles will be set up with popular Wii Games.  Pizza, Popcorn and Pop will be served.  This event is open to ages 8 to 11 and space is limited, so sign up NOW!!

Want to learn more about the Internet?  Sign up for one of the Internet Basics Computer Classes in January.  There are currently two class times available, Tuesday, January 10th at 6:00 pm and another on Friday, January 13th at 1:00 pm.  These classes are Free and open to anyone wanting to learn basic internet skills, space is limited so call or stop by today to sign up.
Did you get an eReader for Christmas?  Didn't make it to the library's "Have your Cake and eBook Too" event?  Well it's not too late, bring your NOOK, Kindle, iPad, iPod Touch or other device to the library and one of our knowledgeable staff can show you how to download free eBooks from the library's iDownloads page.  Call ahead to ensure staff availability.

The Mercer County District Library continually strives to better serve the community.   To provide a more open and inviting environment for patrons to enjoy, we have recently moved some shelving and rearranged the Adult Reference, and Juvenile sections of the main library in Celina.  Stop in and see the difference.  Your suggestions and comments are always welcome and encouraged.

 A special thank you to all who helped make the Holiday Food Drive a success with more then 250 items collected for the CALL Food Pantry.
